The challenge

A digital upgrade for long-term growth.

The existing Magento webshop no longer met the requirements of the modern client. The site was inconsistent in multilingualism, barely optimized for marketing and only gave Grayle a limited look and feel as a brand. The new generation of leaders within Grayle were looking for a partner who could not only create a new webshop, but also help with a broader digital strategy.

There was doubt between Magento and Shopify, with a competitor offering Shopify as a cheaper option. In the end, Grayle chose a Magento solution, combined with a full-service marketing approach, to ensure long-term digital growth.

We developed a strategy that focuses on strengthening Grayle's positioning as an expert, by building a platform that is more than a web shop. The goal is to both sell products and showcase expertise. Content is combined with e-commerce to appeal to different audiences, from end users to wholesalers. Through thorough analysis of market segments and customer needs, an integrated solution was developed with Magento 2 and the Adwise Page Builder. This allows Grayle to combine their product offering with high-quality content, differentiating them as a knowledge player.

A dynamic platform that inspires and serves users

Simple product management with PIM.

We realized a content-driven webshop, with clear product categories, user-friendly search functionality and an integrated knowledge base. The homepage contains a dynamic block that directs visitors to specific target group pages. Smart segmentation allows visitors and their preferences to be better understood.

An integrated Product Information Management (PIM) system allows Grayle to easily manage product information, while multilingualism is optimized on a single platform. This approach enables a strong impression both in SEO and user experience.
